So I've been using Vizago + Cloak and turn into EMP, but it has been pointed out to me that EMP cannot active while cloacked, and if we follow the FAQ rules of the feedback array, I'd say they were right, but would like an opinion from here, just to be sure.

It is the exact same wording as feedback array, so I’d say you can’t do it while cloaked, following the FAQ
