I buildet this deck for the "black riders" (and the following) adventures. In My Opinion Rosie Cotton is an incredible card! she can give her ability once per phase (if you have fast hich on her) and if you manage to turn her in a hero with sword-thain you can rise her will with many tolls... just a question , an ally turned in hero generate resources? Additionally with this deck you can draw a big amount of cards ; when the setting is done these hobbits are very strong in any situation; i Love the new Tom Cotton.
