This has to be a super easy question with a very obvious answer but I keep reading the wording on page 6 and I can't figure it out.
When rebels place their presence do they place both at the same time or do they place 1 and then the imperial players place theirs? In a 3 player game this would result in the rebel player placing 4 presences after the imperials have placed all of theirs.
We've been playing it where imps place 1(after Corellia is placed) and then rebels place 2 and back and forth, we've gone through 3 campaigns already over the last year that way, did i just read that entirely wrong the first time? Too be fair someone else ran it the first time and I just went with it in campaign 2 and 3 so who knows /shrug.
Any help is appreciated.

I believe this is addressed in the FAQ on page 4. It goes Correllia -> 1 imp -> any 2 rebel -> 1 imp -> any 2 rebel...
