If you know the game, learning Vassal is a matter of figuring out how the module has adapted the different rules and mechanics inside the Vassal engine. I would suggest trying a couple games and having a look @Green Knight 's YouTube channel to get a quick rundown on how it all works.

Nope.
If you don't submit a list you are disqualified, so that has the potential to open up slots in the World Cup tournament. Lists are due GMT Tuesday, then by end of day Wednesday I will have revealed the PODs, drawn from those who actually submitted a list.

The very, very beginning of the 16th, GMT. So super early for Europe, or late in the day on the 15th for the USA. Or like... mid-morning on the 16th for the Aussies.

Btw not too long ago I made a retro Screed fleet with 2 GSDs, some raiders and gozanti. It was surprisingly effective; IO+ACM rips stuff apart, even in wave 6-7
Actually - a certain googly-eyed admiral is making an appearance, he just clearly likes to keep his ships old-skool (yes - I spelled it with a K)!
