mean that the Kuat and Cymoons are legal, additional previews notwithstanding?
Correct. As is Raddus, Thrawn, Price, and any other cards that have their text and cost spoiled.
Official spoilers only obviously. "My friend's cousin's friend works at FFG and he says there is a Finalizer coming out that costs..." doesn't work.
I'm signing up for the tournament as a non-qualified, to be drawn randomly or not.
Euorpean. My local time is CET (GMT +1)

I think that makes this a mutual request from both of us not to play each other, Biggs.
I'm signing up!

I don't play anyone
regularly
, but I have played Brobafett and Irishmadcat more frequently than most. Besides which, Broba helped me with my fleet, and could probably fly it better than I.
I am pre-qualified.

Nobody I would say I play regularly.

New vassal version is out! Includes all cards spoiled to this point. As we get more we will keep the module updated!

Did you find the part of the code that makes your dice rolls terrible? Because I'm convinced @Green Knight added some kind of recognition to the software after your Worlds win that ensures your dice are always terrible.

He'll just have to keep digging. Once he's mastered the ways of the Module, his dice will become stronger than you can imagine.
I swear someday im just going to get a webcam and point it at a dice tray and roll real dice instead of relying on vassal

Can confirm this

My local time is GMT -8 (San Francisco, California, USA - check against that local time)
I'm usually available to play most days during the evening (7pm+ local time). I can play during morning and daytime Tuesday and Wednesday each week. European players should plan for a Tuesday or Wednesday game.
I prefer to play in a North American pod if possible for this event.
Friendly reminder for players playing in wildly different time zones (from personal example, playing from California against players in Germany or Finalnd): Online time zone calculators can be helpful, but won't take into account differing rules on things like Daylight Savings Time or countries with multiple time zones.
However, there are a number of websites that let you check against individual cities. These will take individual local time zones into account when cities may observe different Daylight Savings rules or be in different time zones from the rest of their state or country. Examples in the USA include western Texas and northwest Indiana being in different time zones than the rest of their state, or Arizona and Hawaii not observing DST at all.

Reminding myself to add this to the OP when I am available to update it.
You can also just Google "what is the current time in ________" and it'll generally account for said wonky rules.

https://www.google.com/search?q=current+time+in+indianapolis
Or "_________ time to _________ time".

Which is one thing I was going to suggest but couldn't get it to consistently display an actual time.
I’d like to sign up as a non-prequalified.
