Borderlands Defender cannot be bowed while defending.
If Borderlands Defender is dishonored when For Shame is played, would she be bowed?

Edited by SwordbreakerA defending dishonored Borderlands Defender is not an eligible target for For Shame!, because it cannot be affected by the event's effects (cannot be dishonored, cannot be bowed).
Edited by mplainShe wouldn't be a legal target: she can't be bowed because of her constant ability and she can't be dishonored because she already is.
Somebody should probably inform the people in charge of Jigoku.online of that, because I saw her get bowed in that scenario.

Congratulations, Somebody. I believe that honor now falls upon you. Perform your duty!

How and where?

What is their website? Do they have contact information? FFG does not have any official online game platform for L5R LCG, so you'd have to contact whoever runs it for any bug fixes.
On Jigoku.online, if you click the Help, then About there is a Report button in the upper right corner. That brings you to their github page they organize problems in. You can even search to see if the issue is already reported and being worked on.
Would the same logic applies to a Doji Gift Givers doing it's ability as the attacker in a conflict where only the BD is defending ?
It's says that my opponent needs to choose a participating character and bows it.

Correct. For an action to be legal, the results must be able to change the game state. So you can't Admit Defeat or Doji Gift Giver a solo Borderlands Defender. As long as some part of the results can happen, it is still legal. For example, with For Shame, if the borderlands defender is not dishonored, then the crab player must choose the dishonor option. Or if you hit borderlands defender with Maze of Illusion, the dishonor goes off, but not the bow.
If theres a borderlands defender and snother character that can be bowed, and the gift gover uses her ability, the opponent would be forced to pick the character thats not the borderlands defender, right?
Correct.
