Dunno if this has been discussed before but...

Is there anyway we can get a Battle Report sub-forum added? Like they have on the x-wing forum.

Would be nice to have a place that is sitting there on the main home screen for the community rather than scrolling through or searching for old attempts at a dedicated thread when we could just have them all stored in one place?

Although it does cause me to wonder if the "Runewars Tactics" subforum isn't a perfect spot to post our battle reports because any conversations will revolve around tactics. You could even mark the title with a [Battle Report] tag so that if such a subforum ever came to be, those threads could be migrated.

I've thought along those lines as well.

So I messaged the admin today about getting this added, he has nicely granted my wish! Hope to read some wicked battle reports soon!

Now the trick is, how can I post images again? I must have posted some big files somewhere and hit my limit, but I can't figure out how to undo them. I'm sure someone here will be able to give me the tech savvy tip to be able to post images in three... two...

I may be wrong, but I think most people will have their images saved online somewhere and then they embed them into the post via URL? I believe I did it that way when I was asking a question about a particular card that FFG had saved on their website somewhere.

When I was at university and we had to submit online essays and things of that type, I would use something like http://photobucket.com/ to host my images and embed them into posts.

I'm hoping to play Runewars this weekend so I'll be adamant in capturing some images/video for a battle report of my own. We are practising and testing lists for a store championship that is coming up at the beginning of February, so we will likely be doing tournament deployments and objectives also.

I've got a league game in 2 weeks and hopefully some practice rounds coming up soon.

I also did this recently, mine has flexible legs on it so I'm hoping to hang it from the light fixture above my table in order to get some cool birds-eye view shots of the battlefield. However, I'd need another phone or camera to take other pictures whilst that one is recording .

Sorry for the bad suggestion! I used it like 7 years ago and it was free back then I believe hah!

Yeah, I'm still recovering from that. I just deleted my photobucket account last week because I realized I'll never use it now.

Heading over the the Battle Report subforum now to post my first Imgur battle report. Thanks for the tips and wish me luck!
