Does anyone know the total card count for the core game and all expansions? I need to buy a card box, but not sure how big.
Also, does anyone know of a good solution for storing the tiny cards? They just fly all over the place in a regular card box.

I just put those in a standard 3-ring binder. It's great for things like the class upgrades, since it lets you look at all of your options at once and plan ahead a bit.
They're also great for organizing your skirmish command cards if you're into that side of the game.
Edit: I don't use the sheets for the item cards or the supply crates, though, since those are shuffled so much. Those I just keep in a stack in a small ziploc bag.

I will be playing this game exclusively with the companion app, co op campaigns.
For storage, I've just used a 300 count card box for my smaller cards. Glue a piece of foam core in the middle and it works perfectly for non-sleeved cards.
For use during a game, I use the plastic card holders from an old game called Probe that I picked up at a thrift store for $2 years ago.
Item cards fit well into standard ultipro deckboxes horizontally. Downside is you have to take them all out of the box.

It's a little tight with sleeved cards, IIRC. I just put a thin cardboard divider in my box with sleeved cards and it works fine.
