I myself would never put pin-ups on my ships but I do have to admit when I opened your thread I let out a visceral grunt "Ugggh!!" They clean and vibrant . The color coordination is perfect. I will use your ships as inspiration when I get up the guts to paint mine.

Buy a tube of artists' quality Cadmium Yellow acrylic paint. Cadmium yellow is an opaque pigment and would work much better. Cadmium being toxic is I suppose why the miniature paints companies don't use it, and go with safer translucent yellow dye mixtures instead. (Same goes for Cadmium Red, a rich, very opaque red pigment.)

I just use artists' acrylics - the pigment choice is better and the paints have less water content - you can still thin them down as needed.

This may be the most ambition freehand project that I've completed - D.Va inspired Shadowcaster!

Your wings extend further than the pilots field of view while in flight mode, so be sure to pay attention to where your flying. Yes, having shortened wings may look cool, but do you really have to fly into a trench with the wing fully back to remove those parts?
