I have seen form-fillable pdfs, but I would like to translate them into my local language - German. Thus I would like to know if anybody can set up a form fillable document without any text? I guess that should be fairly simple ..

I have not seen a completely blank template sheet. You may need to use Paint or Photoshop to remove the text, and type over it in German.

Yes, they are great, although not completely blank. I want to play with my son who doesn't speak english, so this would have been a nice touch. But maybe I should not underestimate the memory capabilities of the little ones..
