I want to be sure I'm doing this correctly. The Silencer is stressed and performs a white maneuver. Primed Thrusters allows me to boost. Can I PTL off The boost to barrel roll then receive another stress?

Yes you can. But you'll be double stressed so the downside is steep.

It won't make the Silencer Tycho on steroids but it will add a serious threat when coupled with two Star wings.

Yes, you can PtL into a barrel roll, but you cannot take a focus action or target lock.
