The idea is to throw your 8 proton bombs around like crazy. Sabine helps aswell. Is it enough damage or would you be afraid to run out of bombs before killing the enemy?

Not great, but not stupid either. I've been running something very similar, but with Crimson Leader, and with Bomblets and TLT on Nym instead of more Protons. The bombs are definitely what kills my opponents, not the turrets. But the bombs really do kill them. This many Proton Bombs.... Wow. I don't know. It certainly could throw the fear into your opponents. Definitely creates even more trouble for target priority. Try it out, let us know. I know I suddenly feel the need to go out and buy a TIE Bomber instead of simply proxying/borrowing the Proton Bomb that I don't have. But three of them?

First off, "Genius" and trajectory simulator is just disgusting. I hadn't even thought of that combination.

I like most of the list, but I think your Sabine carrier is wrong - an attack shuttle is neither particularly elusive or hard to kill, and the extra red dice won't matter much since you're (presumably) not engaging with it on the first round. I'd either go with Phantom II Zeb + Sabine and R3-A2, since stressbots are always useful, or Tie Fighter Zeb with Masterpiece, Sabine, Cloaking Device, and Ion Bombs.

True, the Attack Shuttle is stupid. I didn't really overthink all the cheap crew carriers.

Someone I played recently used minefield mapper with a Rebel Nym and held a proton bomb right on strategic spot on a rock. Really controlled the battlefield for him and made a no fly zone for me yet he could still dive in there and not trigger it if he wanted. Just an idea.

Crimson Specialist is A+ here.

I agree with the idea to use a more effective Sabine carrier: I would support Zeb in a TIE w/ title, Sabine, Scavenger Crane (to get the bombs more than once), and your choice of bomb.

I love 4 Protons on Nym, though it is hella expensive. I think Adv. Sensors would be stronger. My main concern is not having a turret.
