I own the EotE core rule book, just wondering if anyone has resources for or suggestion on making your own Adversaries. The rule book has some nice ones but seems lacking on the animal type.

Take a look at this website ; it has most everything from all the published sources. Creatures are well-represented, but if there's a particular critter that you're looking for, I find that reskinning an existing adversary is the best way to go rather than trying to design something from the ground up.

If you have the resources, the "creatures" installment of the Adversary Decks might be worth your while.
