So I've been able to find the number of map layout variants that there were at the start but I can't find an up to date list that includes any of the expansions. Does anyone have the current information of how many map variations there are for each scenario? I've heard some have more now that new expansions have added tiles.

Perfect! That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! I opened my Streets of Arkham the other days and thought "with these tiles they could do a second map for Innsmouth". This got me looking (and failing) but now I have what I was after and sure enough Innsmouth gets a second map from Streets.

Also, keep in mind that some scenarios have 4 different endings (positive, neutral, negative, and secret ending that's pretty fun to trigger)
