we love this game,but only play about once every two months, so allocated money is tight. I have about half the expansions. before ordering more, are there any you don't suggest picking up, simply because they are too lackluster or perhaps ridden with errors? I love the artwork on all the cards, but everything counts right now, and I wouldn't be averse to passing on one or two expansions.

I do read your post and still have no answer to make !

First of all, look at what's available on your Local Gamestore. Then you'll choose, depending on the faction you like. I'd tell you to buy what you can, crossing your fingers for the other pack not to be sold out too soon ! This game is slowly increasing it's pace on the road to success, so manage to get what you can and then you'll see !

The mere thought of your question is blasphemy. Must have all card. :-)

Some packs might have one or two different cards which are a bit dull/work well only if you invest heavily in other cards from the series. A few packs felt like love-letters to Miskatonic University. But out of the five I've received so far, I don't regret a single purchase. I'll know for sure once I have received the rest of my orders (all missing packs, except Secrets of Arkham), but it's looking pretty good so far

ill give a breakdown in my opinion based on which factions got the short end of the stick.

MoM is useless if you like cthulhu or syndicate. but sledge dogs are still nice

AH pretty good set all around, no neutral cards though. hastur has little here now, aspiring artist is banned and bof is hard to pull off.

SotS yogs card arent every good here everything else is atleast ok.

HBtS hastur gets crap here.

AD nothing great here really but nothing terrible, just a bland set.

TotT shub doesnt get anything to good here but still one of my top sets.

TftS other than the neutral parallel universe this set has nothing for anyone. yog and hastur get something ok but thats about it.

PtY again shub need not apply.

if i dont forget ill do the dreamlands set next.
