The way you design your tables is important.

I made a snow table but I put melted patches here and there with grass so that grass based models would fit.

Or go with transparent bases. I will likely be cutting quite a few for my own army.

or if you display your models don’t worry about it and base them so they will look the best on display.

I probably won’t base my minis or make any terrain. Im just a beginner. Will probably just use books and boxes.
