You know FFG, if you couldn't do it right, just don't do it at all. Wait until the beginning of Feb and do a proper release if your factory missed the boat.

he said cardboard which probably means the punchout tokens. Not sure what he would be expecting cardboardwise, rivals isnt a starter box.

What i feel cheated for is the 20card count includes the 4 characters and 2 battlefields. Only 14 cards, so you have very little to work with in draft mode. Did it with my friends and all of us ended up with decks that had like 3-5 good cards and the rest were random garbage that didnt work at all (due to not having 2 copies) or the situation for them was impossible due to the characters we drew.

Our group had a pretty positive experience playing the draft. The Rivals pack had some nice control cards and Anakin and the Yellow character in the pack make it easy to field a couple good characters. Your draft decks aren't supposed to be great or super consistent. I think they did a good job of testing a player's skill. Lobot is a giant turd though.

Actually i had massive success with Lobot for 2 reasons

1) modding a die +2, any die, is useful as heck for getting resources or disrupting resources. Despite having Anakin, Lobot, and a pig i somehow was swimming in resources.
2) I had Leadership drawn lol....so later on since he had none of my upgrades i just exhausted him to ready another

My FLGS got them in this morning and promptly sold out in 20 minutes. None for me so back to waiting....

This is bogus, with the way they release product. We should be able to buy these today. Our store got 6 copies not to sell only to conduct drafts, took pre-orders on Rivals and can't fulfill. FFG dropped the ball big time, and they wonder why folks don't want to get into Destiny. I feel ripped off!!!!

I couldn't get one because I went to see The Last Jedi on Thursday night and my LGS had a tournament, people who played in that tournament will get first shot at the draft packs when the store gets them. They got delivered late because of the holidays.
