I didn't claim yesterday because I didn't trust Gink. I missed that he said he redirected GNiPs to me, so his question really felt like scum trying to find out information about my role. The only player I actually trusted (ebon) didn't trust gink either. Now that they are both dead I'm very confused, as I was sure gink was scum and if he flipped town, then I would have looked at ebon. I don't really have any reads at this point, and I don't have much time to commit to the game.

As for my role. I'm a runner pilot. I actually used my run night 1, since when ebon put me on his 100% scum list I was worried he might be a vig and kill me. I was reading him as town with a power role, and didn't want us to be down an extra player early on.

I'll try and check back in later tonight after my drive.

So, regarding @Visovics and his arguments suggesting that I'm Imperial scum:

Vis, take your best shot.

Tweeze every bit of scum you can find from the words I've posted in this game and build the best case you've ever presented in all of the mafia games you've played.

And you know what...you'll still be wrong.

Unless of course you conclude that I'm the Runner I've claimed to be.

It didnt come out of nowhere. It had been building and it should have had its legs cut out of it when we found out Nips’ target didn’t run. But we didnt find out. We should have been able to properly weigh it against the fact that another pilot claims to have run (Ard), but we found that out less than an hour before the deadline.

I'm still not sure how that lynch switched to Rajam, he felt so clearly town to me, the most of anyone. I'm back to looking at my other reads. Yes, I was trying to get a vote out of you. I was also looking through stuff trying to find a more visble option then the guy who was redirected the night of a nokill. But honestly its a tough argument to make if you want it based on facts rather then “vibe”.Typing “Herp a derp I dunno”, offering no alternative and repeating the same question regarding JJ running arent really looking to figure anything out. You were looking for a more viable option but decided to stick with Nips... since when do we lynch people who claim power roles before testing them, or with out evidence that makes the claim unlikely...

I mean 3 of the remaining 7(?) players were in on it so I wouldn’t be shocked.

But you dont let someone walk just because they claim a ******* power role either. Especially given the other evidence surrounding it, and the fact that he gave us nothing that lead to scum. He said Gink visited ebon n1, and that myself and JJ both went nowhere n2 and 3 respectively. Which is all stuff a redirected scum player either would have known or might have reasonably guessed given the information already out. I stand by my vote given the information available at the time.

Look at the time stamps, and my time zone (I'm on mobile atm so no string of quotes, sorry). The vote on nips picked up steam with your vote, at 6:51am. I was summoned at 7:24. Toad asked an overhead question, not directed at me, at 8:10. At 9:45 I posted to tell you guys I was getting in here but was busy. By 10:13 I'd found the question and responded.

I'm all for grilling people--we've got to get this vote right, now, thanks to losing our lead because somebody couldn't keep it in his pants. But holding my feet to the fire for slow(ish) response to a discussion 1) in which I was not mentioned and 2) which happened overnight/first thing in the morning on a work day is not particularly productive.

All that said, I'll save you the time of reviewing my posts: my history looks really bad because I missed the D1 vote, led a wrong-way train on Raj, was late to the vote on Pod, and propped up the lynch on nips. I do think I made the best call possible in all cases given the constraints at the time though (other than D1, but publicly shame me later for that, don't lynch me and lose it for us all), and you can go back and look at my justifications in all cases.
