Have any of you had trouble with gamenerdz.com? I ordered a Silencer, GUNBOAT, and another game from them on the 6th and heard nothing back from them other than the introductory "thanks for the order!" e-mail.
I've called three times on three different days only to get voicemail and sent a couple e-mails to them asking what's up.
What's your experience with them?
I don’t know about gamernerdz, but walking into my FLGS I was able to buy the entire waves and leave with them while supporting one of the places I play.

Me too! And they were able to tell me about an upcoming Kit Tournament they would be running, where I'll get to roll dice with some long-familiar faces and hopefully meet some new players as well.

I appreciate that, and I would buy more locally if my local store did X-Wing events. I keep asking them to but they won't, even then I still buy from them.
There's another store about 40 minutes away that does X-Wing events and I buy there from time to time, but I can't afford with a family of seven to buy EVERYTHING at a store. I'm probably 25% store 75% online.
Some LGSs don't support X-Wing like that, though. I stopped buying my ships at mine because of that and now buy at an online store...that also organizes tournaments reasonably near me. When the online store does better community work than the local one the local one should really get their things together.
@OP I wouldn't be overly worried, yet, as it is the most busy season for shipping and shipments will be delayed because of that. The store not answering is bad service, but it doesn't have to mean they scammed you, yet.
No first hand knowledge. From the online reviews and general forum chatter on other game sites they would appear legit but with slow shipping (about a week) and poor customer services... so your are probably safe

Not everybody has a conveniently located FLGS. The closest to me is an hour away and I don't even play there. I do buy from there, occasionally, if I'm in the area but I feel zero guilt with my online purchasing. Just a heads up before people blindly jump on someone without knowing the whole story.
I preordered a starter and booster brick for the Star Trek Heroclix set from GameNerdz, all of which shipped on release day and were in hand in less than a week. That’s my only experience with them, but they served me well then.
They are one of my goto options for another game I play. I haven't had any issue with them. Shipping isn't super fast (used the free option), but I still got my stuff in a relatively reasonable time.
They shipped today.
