Yeah that Saber is kind of good for its 2 cost. Yeah nothing ridiculous like Ancient or Shoto but 3 damage sides and 2 resources sides makes it a excellent ramp card for blue decks. The weapon slots in blue Melee are getting very VERY contested, Shoto/Ancient/Constructed for 2s and Heirloom/Lightbow/Named Sabers for the 3 cost slots.
