Blamo! I love the TIE Defender. When I first started my collection I never thought I'd buy it because it wasn't in the movies. Well, so what that it's not? It's a great ship to fly and a pain to paint! (SO many panels) and is one of my favorites.
Lets get it going:
Tie Defender Elite.
Somehow, my only Defender repaint:
Tie defender mod and repaint. It's kind of subtle, but the top wing on these two defenders have been lowered.
Any particular reason for lowering the wing?

I used to think the triple wing looked dumb. I saw someone do this to their's and I thought it made the defender look more sleek. I've since grown to like the defender as is but I don't regret the mod, it still looks pretty cool.

TIE Defender Protoype, inspiration from "SW Rebels"
I took some liberties on some details, as the FFG model and the "SW Rebels" render are not 1:1 identical. And I wanted to have a more "discrete" / "lean" appearance.

Might as well throw these in here. Blue one still needs the silver highlights. I may also go back and use a brighter blue for the blue highlights.
