I've got most of the Edge of the Empire talents into a spreadsheet with preliminary tiers. I'm looking for 3 people to go through them (~160 of them so far) and suggest new tiers if they disagree. Let me know if you want to help and I'll PM you a link.

Notes: Special symbols don't show up well in Google Docs, so there are some easy to understand place holders. I avoided anything to do with the force or lightsabers. I skipped a few that didn't seem to fit Genesys, and changed a few more to make them fit better.

It is more to make more talents available in Genesys. I plan to have a big list that I can cut down for a given campaign. Once I'm happy with the tiers, I'll pop it out into a nice Word doc and PDF.
