Looks good. Nym and Crimson Leader is a nice pairing, especially with Sabine Wren. Rattled + Sabine can make even a bomblet devastating.
I might suggest letting Sabine's Bomb Slot go (do you really, really need more bombs at this point?) but I'm not sure what upgrade would be better.
Crimson leader is excellent, but I would agree that taking off those seismic charges might be wise. That would give you room for Adv. Sensors on Nym, which I still think is stronger than Trajectory Simulator with him in particular.
Advanced Sensors on Nym would be great, but if you'd prefer to experiment with the Trajectory simulator then I'd suggest swapping the Seismic charge for an Ion Bomb. This would give you a different type of attack and if planned right you could easily set them up for a hit from your other bombs in the next turn.
