Probably the second list. You’re really going to want VI with the FCS. Simply because unless you plan to not use PTL that often, it hinders the dial more than it helps believe it or not. Mainly because it takes away the threat of a Talon Roll. I know from my game today having that Talon roll available was big.i was also running advanced sensors with PTL to get a feel. So YMMV, but yeah, i don’t see it being stapled like it is to Soonter Fel.

Whisper is hard in PS11 meta, but if you want to use him, I would highly recommend using rebel captive instead of navigator

Ok, ran the second list and it was insane. I lost initiative so I couldn't go for Rau, who decided to chase the Lambda anyway. Palp kept Zeta Ace at full health for a couple rounds, while Kylo was dancing around. You were right, PTL was wasted. Only used it once to get a clear shot on Rau. The game was over in five rounds.

I still want to use the first build, any further suggestions.

Or Agent Kallus. Good value for a continuous poe dameron impersonation against a critical opponent, but especially useful as it's not a focus or evade token, and hence useable even if you're bullseye-ed by kulda.
