It's the pilot pod
Rose Ticos Shuttle (Transport Pod). Control Pod of a Resistance Transport, which began life as a B-Wing Mark II Cockpit (says the Last Jedi Visual Dictionary).
0:15 looks like Canto Bight.
OK, FFG, now it's the time to release a good (old) Leia crew card.
EDIT: it would be nice if the pod actually detached from the ship in X-Wing TMG.
