not really. if we have complete lists, then if somebody wants to find out about some particular card, I can always go back & add it to the sheet, but if it's just summaries, we can't.

If you have a way of posting photos of the lists, I can take care of the transcription myself if that would help.

He didn't bail, that was Greg Fuller IIRC. Junior was there all day.

Some quick figures on the Hothlanta Regionals:

1. Fourteen Imperials showed, versus six Rebels.

2. Spread of Imp commanders was two Vader, four Sloane, four Motti, one Ozzel, and three JJ.

3. Of fourteen Imperial lists, fifteen Imperial class units were fielded, including eight in four pairs.

4. Of those fifteen Imperial s, eight were Avenger , of which four carried Boarding Troopers.

5. Ten I-2s were fielded versus five I-1s, though five I-2s were Avenger , versus three I-1s.

6. Only one Avenger BT was an I-2, the rest were the three I-1s.

7. Of the I-1s, two carried Tua (both of them Avenger ).

8. All three remaining Imperial lists had a Victory .

9. Only one Gladiator was present, and it was a very slim Demolisher .

10. No Imperial list fielded Strategic, and only two Rebels did, for a total of three VCXs, same number as the E-wings, which were all in one fleet.

11. Rebel commanders were two Ackbars, one Cracken, one Sato, and two Rieekans.

12. Of those six Rebels, there were six Assault Frigates, of which two were in a pair, and three were Gallant Haven .

I'm sure there are other fun facts in there, but those are things I noticed.

Not be a super downer, but Rieekan aces is doing pretty well there. (You guys also generally have a lower ship count, seem to be around 4 instead of 5, and some people running kinda low squads.)

top 4 seems to be 2 Rebel 2 Imp.

ISDs are the hot of the month.

I wouldn't leap to conclusions. The Magnificent Seven only come out for tournaments, and they're flown by an expert. Just as @Vergilius 's Liberty or @Ardaedhel 's MC30s demand respect, so does @MasterShake2 's TM7. Unfortunately no one around really runs any of its counters as their main, and we rarely get the chance to practice against it because no one else flies it with any seriousness. We knew when the nerf came down it would barely touch TM7 (#RedSquadron), and it's a strong list flown well. None of us were that surprised it won.

I'm much more interested in the explosion of ISDs (only a handful at last year's Regional and only a handful more for the Store Champ back in May) and the dearth of Rebel Larges. Sloanes didn't care, ISDs still make for the fat targets they like, but we had none, which shocked me. I'll need to prep one (a Rebel Large list) for a tournament next quarter just avoid being the meta.

Also bear in mind probably half of Atlanta's regulars weren't there. A lot of our "meta" was players who drove in, mostly from South Carolina, who we see decently often, and some scattered assorted others I'm not sure about.

I was sad I wasn't able to make it out. I was planning to run Defiance and Admonition with some flotillas.

Two of the double ISD lists were from Knoxville. In fact, you faced my ISD that was on loan to Joshua. We don't have much by way of meta, but lots of Imperial love here. I'm the only one running Rebel that I know of. The other commander from Knoxville's First Fleet was running the ISD and Demolisher.

I debated using my cunning strategy of last year of making a new list the day of the tournament, but I hadn't played Armada in about 3 months or so. I did enough playtesting and fine tuning with the Magnificent 7 that I could run the list in a coma, so I broke them out.

I was glad though I didn't win-win after going into the final round in tied for 1st with Garm and double Peltas. But then again, people might have started calling for Garm to get nerfed if he had won two regionals early in the season. Congrats, @Roquax !

I think the thing with BT Avenger is the skill level still applies. Back in the days of Demo MSU it actually statistically did fairly poorly as people took thinking it would raise their skill level and later go on to be out played. It also has has some bad match ups that will come into play.
