Alex Davey interview

Just watched the latest Team Covenant interview with Legion designer Alex Davey. The interview is based around game design and FAQs for X-Wing, Netrunner, Destiny, and Legion. Lots of great insight from the makers of the games. But...... what about Legion? Heres the new info that I picked out.

1. No units or card abilities will be able to affect or change turn zero. Setup/ scenario building will remain untouched by in game units.

2. "Light Scout" units were mentioned again. This is the second time Alex has eluded to scout troopers; the last time in reference to them being an example of a Special Forces unit. He mentioned that they might not be great at damage output, but will excel in other ways.

3. Force Push cannot be used to push units off cliffs. Clear and concise.

Look up the interview on YouTube. Maybe I missed something. Either way, lots of interesting info here.

1) he only said that in reference to "the release set". Not holding my breath on that staying true down the track. In fact i expect it to change with these v

2)be very surprised if we didn't see scouts and rangers, be interesting to see how their damage output would be much worse than stormies though

3) yaaaay!!

Still a little concerned with the Alpha strikes comment not gelling with my theorycraft (especially when utilizing atrt's and speederbikes) but i need the full rule set yet (the vehicle damage rules have already reduced my levels from "alarmed" to "i need more info").

Well model count alone would do it. If they top out in small teams of three or four with a sniper rifle instead of a a couple repeating blaster or missile launchers, there you are...

I'v been hoping for snipers who ignore the terrain penalty during a movement action.
