Anyone else play star wars the old republic?

I started and got to like level 40 before realizing that I had too many real life responsibilites to get sucked into another MMORPG. I wish that game came out a decade ago, cause it was a lot of fun, I just don't have enough time to commit to it.

Oh to be a teenager again.....then i could play all the vidieo game all the time.

I played when it first dropped and had a blast, but then my guild broke and I didn’t have the inclination to go find another. It was the only MMO where I was really good at the pvp side.

Would have been great as a single player Knights of the Old Republic: III.

But as an MMO it felt like a refinement of WoW rather than something new and groundbreaking.

I came very late to the party on the game, and I appreciated the fact that by then they had added the "make it essentially a single player game" mode. I played it like that and had a great time, never really felt the need to deep dive into another MMO but it was fun as a KOTOR game, at least while playing the story part.

Unlike most MMO's where PVP is essentially my only focus, I never actually got around to playing it in PVP which now that @Madaghmire mentions it, is actually a real shame.

I play it in bursts. I'll buy a 60-day card and play as long as it lasts, and then move on to another game for a couple months. I do have a security key set up, which still generates monthly coins even while I don't play, so every time I log in I have a nice little savings built up! XD
