Not really. Actually there is more evidence the Rebellion is racist than the Empire.
In the movies, there are 4 lines which are clearly racist/speciest. 1 comes from our favorite bartender telling the Droids to GTFO. There is one Imperial officer calling Chewbacca a "thing". And 2 times from Leia, who calls Chewie "a walking carpet" and she says "I'd just as soon kiss a wookiee".
Also, at the end of A New Hope, there is not a single non-human at the medal ceremony other than Chewie.
Claims that the Empire uses slave labor is based on rebel point of view sources, clearly not reliable witnesses.
