Nowadays we have a lot of high PS race and crit strategy. I start thinking about słów down and dont want to spend points and slots for VI or higher PS and just learn how to fit in this enviroment.

I want to prezent two similar lists:

•Captain Rex (14) - TIE Fighter

•Roark Garnet (31) - HWK-290
Ion Cannon Turret (5), •Jan Ors (2), •Moldy Crow (3), Pulsed Ray Shield (2)

here we can ruin opponent plan a bit with 12PS Rex then try to clear his green modyfication and put ION. Lets look on chewbacca. We can get focus from stressOut then two action: in bad situation we finish with focus evede evede or in good option focus evede TL. Full modify on 360arc. And regen HWK with Ion canon which can kill Nym just hołd him in ION prison.

second list has one change. Lowhhrick which can help with defense on Falcon but its not 360 and cant make our guys 12PS.

I think both list are worth to spend some time but personally i prefer this with HWK. What do you think? Please i Need your 5cent because i want to prepare before events

Wow, I think that is a really creative idea for a list. I think that Chewbacca is really nice. I think the first version would be more fun to fly, but I'd worry that Chewie's wingmates would die too easily and Chewbacca would struggle on his own. Lowhhrick keeps Chewbacca in the game longer one way or another. I think it's worth putting in some practice to see how it goes.

I like the first list more.

The Chewie build is excellent. While I love to run 3PO on the Falcon, triple action on whites is really strong.

I don't know if you really need Jan. My suggestion for Roark would be to go up to TLT for a bit more damage, and then use RecSpec for an absolutely inane amount of focusing. It doesn't quite leave room for Countermeasures, but I think it is worth it.

I played some Games with first list and what i can say.

1. Jan Ors give acces to this option; if this is round when we know that they will attack Falcon - focus ev ev. When we see the hype attack on roark i go for evede for him.

2. Ion as last attack is amazing i won against nym randa only because i took nym into ionPrison

3. Its easier to fly without lowrhhick because we dont Need to keep 1 rangę between Falcon and Low.

4. Sometimes opponent can be supprised when i pick to Ps 12 Falcon instead of Rex and i kill his ship

5. Countermeasure is worth in enviroment full of harpoon. Sometimes they want to salvo in first shooting and we can ruin their plan and later is hrder to set same situation.

I was thinking a little more about counter crit and maybe this is interresting too:

in combat Ps 12 Ps 9 ps4. Han still can get VI for ps11 but i think determination cut option to get blinded etc. What about survival? We can gather some focus then in combat we got evede from Jan Ors and we will take focus from rey. So we can Declare ,,non evede” c3po and get 1 evede and one from token so its 2 still we have reroll to attack from ability. Rest is same strategy. Or;

Veteran Instincts (1), Rey (2), •C-3PO (3), •Millennium Falcon (1), Countermeasures (3)

PS 11 and PS 12 in combat and we can gather focus than lowhhrick will save us from crits. Wookie will help with better shooting. And han can reroll from ability.

3. DeterminationHan Hwk Rex

4. Ps11Han Low Rex

Another option for Chewie would be Expertise, C-3PO and Bistan. Those crits can be nasty.

I have a friend who is more of a casual player. I have gave him a Resistance Symp and two wookies with wookie commandos. It was just too plain. I think elevating to Lowh and Chewie and adding Rex is much more appealing, without adding too many new mechanics.

The general plan seems good. Just a matter of taste in how you want to set up your ships.

Rex is. I guess he could be AP-5 with a little bit of tweaks to the list, a point here or there off someone else. Lowhhrick seems solid. A more offensive-focused one than Selflessness/Rey/Tactician. Tactician is more common, but a large part of that is just Magva Yarro hasn't been released yet. Magva might be good, though. Certainly, there's a large offense boost if folks attack Lowhhrick, folks might just not attack him. Is that a good thing? Rex is likely the first target, due to his condition, but I never really know if I want folks attacking my Lowhhrick or not. Part of me says "I want them maximizing my Reinforce token by attacking him first." Part of me thinks Lowhhrick is going to be strong in a 1-on-1 scenario, though. I honestly don't know how I want my opponent to approach a list like this. Anyhow, I like how Chewie kinda makes the Selflessness vs Draw Their Fire list-building choice easy. No crits suffered means no hard decisions.

Personally, I'd rather fly Expertise Chewie: it's better if you bump. I don't think there's a huge difference, though, between the two basic builds.

I think Magva on Low creates a catch-22. Attack Low first and get caught in the return fire. Save until the end, then I have to kill a healthy ship with offensive and defensive mods. Though I think in this list, you stand a better chance left alone with Low than you do Chewie.

@ImperialEmperor I like your thought process and its a cool list. Like seeing these hard counter to harpoon garbage meta lists. I think an alpha strike just takes roark out instantly though. So chewie has a lot of work to do.

I think emp on chewie would be cool. Just creates a big no fly zone, and it counts as a white 1 maneuver so kanan/katarn still get you a focus, removes your stress for more actions and sets up roark and rex for good positioning. Keeps those bugger regen aces from range 1 on you then fly away and gen up. Have to drop like pulse ray for it?

Anyways, just my 2 cents. Ive been putting emp on manaroo and scouts and just tore up ptl regen norra in two rounds thanks to the bugger.
