Does it damage/weaken itself?
I don't know. I have a bad feeling about this.

"Space worm counts as blocking terrain ..." I would said it is a map itself!
Funny idea
I agree with IanSolo though - this would probably make a better skirmish map (or campaign mission) than a unit! You would need some custom tiles though - unless he just ate a forest salad, nothing in the came really looks like the inside of a worm's mouth... maybe the rock/sand ones would work though? And you could make an area for the ship too. I think this could work!
"At the end of round 5: All figures on the map are defeated, and the Space Worm wins."
The Millenium Falcon itself is a map, and look at it compared to the Space Worm
Hahahaha. This is great. Made me laugh.

Do you have a map of the Millennium Falcon?

I don't believe there's one in skirmish, but campaign definitely has one.

I found one on some website some times ago but forgot where, so saddly I cannot properly credit the person who did it. It's a very nice map. It was part of a mini-campaign revolving around Han and Chewie. It mixed Imperial Assault, X-Wing and Armada.

There was also maps of Jabba's palace, Death Star interior (including the Millenium Falcon map embedded), Echo base and ewok village
