Rebel Fox One Basic Strategies Help Needed

I am a newer player and this squad seems to be gaining some steam on meta wing. Can anybody give me some tips and strategy’s on flying it? Setup, asteroids VS. debris fields, formation and weaknesses etc.

(I have never even seen this list but maybe if I post something that seems right or wrong someone who actually knows what there doing with this list will come along and correct me).

theoretically speaking, I'm thinking you want to run them in a squad to maximize pilot abilities. Miranda is for late game, Jess is there to do damage, and Lowhrick is just there to tank shots for both until he dies, which will (hopefully) be a long time coming with C-3PO and Rey.

Asteroids Vs Debris: I typically don't. As in avoid at all costs. You do have a tankier build, and I would think you would force the opponent to commit. Make them come to you through the field. As long as you can keep everyone in range one so Jess and Lowhrick can activate their abilities you should be fine. Of course don't be afraid to turn in with both Low and Jess when the time comes.

Potential weaknesses I could see would be High ps alpha strikes. Miranda will keep most things away with bomblet generator if you keep her on the tail end of the formation, but without EI it's hard to take her on offensive besides TLT. Harpoons could be another major issue because you want to keep Low and Jess in range one.

Just from a list-building standpoint, Miranda is gonna wanna go off on her own, and Jess likes to have buddies with her to trigger her rerolls. So they kind of clash in this regard and Jess' ability won't be that strong. That being said, Lowhhrick can still cover her and she'll get 1 reroll.

Otherwise it's pretty standard jousting with them two as Miranda wants to kite around and not get mixed up in the furball.

Looks like it should fly pretty similarly to any kind of "fair ship rebels".

Which more or less means you'll most likely want to joust with this list, keep everything in range one so that Jess and Lowrhick can use their abilities to best effect and try to keep Miranda towards the rear so she's not dropping bombs on her buddies.

You will want to prioritise destroying anything that can reliably threaten Miranda in the late game, as she will be the last ship standing on your side.

In terms of obstacles you will want the largest asteroids that you feel comfortable flying around. You want to delay the enemy for a few rounds and give Lowrhick chance to build up a few focus tokens on rey. Most lists will be placing forces after you, but if you get the opportunity to deploy last go for the opposite corner to maximise the initial distance.

Harpoon are an obvious problem for this squad, and there's not much you can do about that really. Splitting up to mitigate the splash damage will hurt you more than sticking together and just tanking it.

I think the main thing you have to bear in mind with this list is that you can't k-turn: I think that is the main reason for the bombs on miranda; to discourage the enemy from being behind you.

This list is from Spanish Nationals. He loss his Jess on first shooting than he won. He played against Asajj & Ketsu.

tomorrow i will test it against 3xPS10ships so i will post some BattleRaport. Butni think this is cery good list and its worth to spend some tome with it.

first i set in corner and gather some eye on rey. In first shooting 1 shield of jess and he Lost 2 shields from QD in second War quickdraw left battlefield and i have Lost shields from jess and 1 dmg. Then i got some problems with space to fly so i made 4kturn by jess to escape from arc. Low weny one straight to kill his scenerio to 4turn by rexler and he bump then miranda flew out from squadron and start her punishment. Best turn i go one green by jess and join to jess by Low. Miranda left a gift for his striker and rexler. Rexler went of range from bomblet but duchess got blinded and hit. Rexler shoot to Low and took off shields. But striker gave 2 dmg to Low. Bezy turn i bump by Low and he just kill it by perfect moves but miranda kill duchess and i stay with full miranda and jess on 2 life. He start hunt jess but i pick scenario like 4dorward boost out of rangę and miranda TlT work perfect. Unfortunetly evede focus 4dice is hard to break so i pick calm wlversion and fly two turns to get perfect position. After that he got two times bomblet and Lost his shields. After that my jess set in his left side on rangę 1. He had to fly around my bomblet so my jess roll 4 dice after tlt which stole his tokens.

it was quite easy but Need some skill and cold blood. We cannot go like 3-2-1 go kill kill kill.

First gather some eyes. Then get advantage from Low ability and jess reroll. We can steal a lot of shields/hull before he got ours. Oh! I forget to mention that i choose TL on miranda so i got free one reroll in TLT shooting.

Vs vader decimator

it was funny because it was really quick. In fora shooting he boost and focus by vader and i got range on 1mm hehe. So he shoot to jess but nothing hit. I give to him 3 hits from Low and he got one dmg then jess give 1 additional dmg. TLT stole only one dmg. Best turn he pick shoot to jess from deci and i had to spend my lowrick token then vader toples two blanks. I killed his vader from full power. To be honest rest of game was just like: jess+Low like a fortress and miranda went in opposite side to tlt him. I finish with full lowhhrick jess on 3 life(+asto) and miranda 1dmg card and 2 shields.

i think it will be hard against 2x Nym and MiranDash because they can fly on our back.
