What the title says. Was that switch made intentionally or by accident?
Was the switch of the Van Hauge and Alastor flagship abilities intentional or a typo?
I'm fairly sure it was intentional. I mean, destroying every ship in the system when you go down is very religious fanatic, you know? It's a very Yin ability, to my mind. And Ground Forces fighting in Space makes sense for the Nekro, who are all robots.
I recall reading (or hearing) somewhere that it was intentional. Probably either in the designers notes in the hardcover rulebook, or on that making of video from a month or so ago. But, yeah, as Absol said, the abilities made more thematic sense switched.
Definitely intentional.
The Yin player at our table also shouted a famous religious shout when he effectively wiped out an opposing fleet with it.
Maybe not very politically correct, but under the right circumstances pretty funny.

NAMASTE!!!
FOR ODIN!!!
Nope, wasn't either of those.
I'm a lumberjack but that's okay, I sleep all night and I work all day!!!
YOU! SHALL NOT! PAAAAASS!!!
It was intentional. Nekro can exploit gravity drive and spacial conduit cylinder techs if they had van hauges ability.
