REGIONAL PRIZES ANNOUNCED!
I like this line from the article:
The Chimaera Expansion Pack and Profundity Expansion Pack are scheduled to arrive in the middle of the Regional Championship season, meaning these already high-level events will also be the testing grounds for new Rebel and Imperial strategies—as both sides scramble to adapt amid battlefields littered with missiles, proton torpedoes, and laser fire.
If regionals start the end of November and end March 24th...the middle is roughly the end of January or the beginning of February. That isn’t too long to wait....must start saving money

No,
You're better off steeling yourself against disappointment. There ain't no way it's here in January.

And if you are wrong ?
Come on. I want that vehemence backed with something.

I said it. Therefore it is so.

I look forward to you eating your words on-or-before January 25th.
(That being said, February 1 is a Thursday, too - and the Calgary Regional if Feb 3.... So accepted then, too.)

Well, we would all like for our toys to be here sooner rather than later.
But this product is still 'In Development'. It's not even 'At the Printer', and certainly nowhere near 'The Boat'.

Scuttlebutt's been that the page is a simple matter of not being triggered for an update, being that the French and Italian versions of the Website have different things said.
I mean, go by that, its already on the Boat - and its perfectly aligned for a Mid-Jan Delivery.
So we
can
have a little hope. A little more hope than
Your Empire
provides us, anyway.

Well, yes, that would be great!
But your realized hopes will only come in the form of the great ISD Chimaera , commanded by Grand Admiral Thrawn and the command doctrine of Intensify Firepower, obliterating your pathetic Profanity cruiser.
Oh good I was hoping we could argue more about the release date of wave 7 in another forum chain.

Indeed, and this one started off with a good image to set the tone.

It's certainly what I was hoping for with my joke!
Good luck winning your slightly shorter than standard range rulers!

I admit to being really puzzled why the FFG range rulers are on occasion too short (the orange ones for last Regionals were weird too) when third party merchants (like
Recreator Studios) can make them perfectly.
At least it takes some of the pressure off the desire to get top 4, I suppose.
I’ll take them regardless.
My green rulers were broken when they were lent out last tournament, so I’m back to frayed cardboard.
Slighyly shorter would be eminently more useful than what I have.
I'm still using the ones from the SC that had the raider alt art.
I think those are regulation length?

They're not too bad individually, I think it's about .03125" off at each cut line. They probably didn't waste the $$ to have an engineer draw up the machine code. Since the shape is relatively easy they may have had one of their CAD drafters do it, in which case forgetting the cut line has a thickness of between .02" to .03" would account for the wrong size.
All that said. I just used my set in a Q4, and so long as you're not looking for the exact millimeter they work just as well. (I kept the SC doublesided stick for those measurements and just tossed the 2 full length sticks in the set I got from TOing Regionals).
