Hi, i had 2 rules questions regarding the Fallout board game that I cannot find answers to. For quest 045 it reads "encounter any settlement until you locate the cache " How do I locate a cache? Quest 102 "Encounter any settlement until you find the brotherhood of steel" Once again, how do I accomplish this? Thank you

Those should be things where there's a specific numbered encounter added to one of the encounter decks, right? I don't have those specific quests in front of me, but I've done other quests that say "Add #XX", near the top of the quest before any of the completion blocks. So that specific encounter will be shuffled near the top of an encounter deck (take the top few cards equal to the number of players, shuffle the encounter into those, and then stack the little pile back on top of the deck) and you have to keep doing encounters until it comes up.
