Hi, i had 2 rules questions regarding the Fallout board game that I cannot find answers to. For quest 045 it reads "encounter any settlement until you locate the cache " How do I locate a cache? Quest 102 "Encounter any settlement until you find the brotherhood of steel" Once again, how do I accomplish this? Thank you

Both of these relate to cards that are added to the encounter decks at the same time as the quest card is staged. You need to draw and complete the relevant encounter card which you should have just added.
