Always 3 evades - on a TIE Silencer

TIE Silencer + Sensor Cluster + Autothusters+ Palpatine

Take focus action.

Roll 3 blank green dice.

Autothrusters gives you one evade. Sensor clusters + focus gives one evade. Palpatine turns the last blank to an evade.

Sooooo..

Always 3 evades as long as your shooter isn't in arc r1-2, you haven't used palp or your focus already that turn, and you're only getting shot at once per turn?

3 evades one per round on a tie silencer that is out of arc or at r3 of the attacker with Palp on another ship.

Not the same thing.

Only for 1 attack, but there is still a lot of 4 dice attack. So let me know when you get always 4 evades.

So...is everyone so good at this game concerning maneuver dials and repositioning that every round guarantees attacks and damage mitigation/obscene amounts of HP and full mod 4 reds are the only qualifying characteristics of viable ships? What has this game become?!

Darn those turrets. I wish they would release an upgrade that helped ships against turrets.

so have harpoons been tearing up the meta? Havent paid attention to the Major so I don’t know the data.

Lots of local store tournaments, yes. They haven’t been exactly tearing up the regional season, yet. This will probably change with the gunboat release.

Not really. I've seen a lot of counters to them, however.

Perhaps, but ordinance gunboats seem unpopular among those who've tested the ship.

Norra,PTL, C3po and Lowhhrick.

C3PO says zero, Spends TL and Focus, Lowrick adds from reinforce. Guaranteed 3 evades on 1AGL ship. Possible 4 if you roll an eye result...then you regen 1, and the treadmill begins anew.

I was thinking more of it might be a nice option on cannon gunboats, if you have the points to spare.
