Up to this point the mission had proceeded without a hitch. All of the exfiltration targets made their rendezvous on time, the Jaded Runner cleared inspection, and made it to deep space. Alliance Intelligence knew it was making a big gamble trying to bring in so many targets at once, that's why they gave the mission to one of their best men. Captain Olnus Thatch, codename TheToad, knew the risks and didn’t like being told the odds. After setting the series of jumps into the nav computer, turning on the autopilot, and jamming all communications, the good captain turned in for the evening. Before falling asleep he couldn't help but grumble to himself… I gotta bad feeling about this….

The next morning the passengers and crew gathered in the galley and noticed that someone was missing.

Night 0 has ended. Captain Olnus Thatch, codename TheToad has died. He was a Town aligned Smuggler.

Day 1 begins with the remaining passengers and crew all in the galley, suspicions and terror rise at the realization that some among you may not be who they claim…
