Ok, Urgruck's card text says that during the capital phase the player may spend any damage on Urgruck as if it was resources.

My question is simple, when spending the damage on Urgruck as resources do you remove the damage from the unit or does it remain?

FAQ, page 4:

"CS 62 Urguck
“During your capital phase, you may
spend damage on this unit as though
it were resources” means that any
damage tokens on Urguck during the
capital phase can be removed, and for
each damage removed, the controlling
player is considered to have spent 1
resource."
