You can build PS 11 Quickdraw with threat tracker to do a similar trick to Kylo. She only has barrel roll, but a barrel roll at the right place and time could save her easily. She has double the firing arcs, so far easier to trigger TT.
So if paired with VI Kylo and Epsilon Ace as a filler, you will have three ships at the highest possible PS (with a point of bid) and 2 pilots your enemies don't want to hit in ideal situations. (Double tap or ISYTDS).
Both of these pilots are pretty hard to hit, and have the option to roll out of the way in order not to get hit. That means that YOU get to decide on the terms of engagement. This is a list that can **** with your mind constantly. Can you afford a Quickdraw doubletap? Can you afford to be at PS 0 or miss a shot?
Alternatively, Quickdraw can use TT as a means to survive after her shields are depleted, and a way to play her less risky.
