Does any know where I can find a list of the cyber/bio implants that can be had within the Dark Heresy game byt either Thrones purchased or Talents taken? There seems to be not much one can get or am I missing something?

I think you are missing something

The "Basic List" is part of the Core Rule Book, "Kybernetics" have their own section.

True, there are other implants that are rather "scattered" in the "Inquisitors Handbook"... but then again, the majority of them can be found in the "Forge World" Section.

Not to mention the additional implants in the RT book.

I have the Core, Inquistors, & Radical books. Which book and what pages would I find this "Kybernetics" ? I might have already seen these items. I looking for stuff like arm mounted weapons like a chain blade or a sword that springs from the forearm and etc.

Dark Heresy Core, pages 153-156, summed up in table 5-19: Cybernetics on page 153.

Inquisitors Handbook, pages 138-140, summed up in table 5-4: Implants and Blessings on page 140.

The weapon implants you're looking for are found in the Inquisitors Handbook, page 138: Concealed Bionic Weapon.

That kind of stuff, that is, sleek, flashy archetypical badass cybernetics, generally aren't prevalent outside the mechanicus.

In general, the stuff in RT sounds more like what you're looking for. (Subdermal Armor, Void Skin, Eyes that shoot lasers, etc.) I would suggest investing in that.
