Would you be interested by good Ronin cards?

The one we have at the moment is a bit meh, and Ronin have some cool potential. Strangely enough, in the RPG Ronin have mostly suffered from sub-par techniques and no real school (except maybe in 3e) yet the CCG had cool and strong Ronin with secret techniques and strong abilities in the lore and story.

So who was your favorite Ronin, in clan war or other storylines? Besides Toturi of course.

I really liked the advisors to the Shogun Ronin band. As a Dragon player, favorite was Fusami

Absolutely! I love Ronin cards. I'm making a janky imperial/ronin deck out of Unicorn, just to try and play Gaijin Customs out of Unicorn, instead of splashing it in another clan.

Don't know if he ever saw story time but Shikaro had sweet "traits" (Cavalry, Scout) and a good ability (Ranged 4 attack).

Ronin Toturi?

Dairya, Toku and Toturi the Black. I’m hoping we get them all as neutral/conflict characters. Would love to build a Toturi split into a lion deck.

I remember running Jinako and Zanaru together in a Unicorn deck, for much amusement.

Takuan as Imperial Chancellor was kinda cool.

It would be cool to get a named Ronin character, someone who could be important to the story but give us a perspective that was closer to the "common folk" than the characters we've seen thus far (who are mostly high-ranking figures in their clans' political structures). I mean I love all the clan politics and stuff, but it would be cool to get a story once and a while that shows us what life is like for those Rokugani who aren't so high on the food chain--such as Ronin or even peasants. Was there anyone like this in Old5R? Toturi doesn't really count--he was an important person who fell from a high rank, and later became emperor and all that...

Dang, PLEASE make this guy canon again! He has such a cool origin--I want to see how he fits into the new world.
