Debris Gambit

This feels like it would be awesome on Echo or Whisper. Even using collision detector this could make for a fun revival for the Tie Phantom

Yeah, but it replaces VI, which seems wrong. I don't know if you'd ever not want PS 9 on Whisper.

Cant give up VI.

Like ive said in numerous posts, i wish Adv Cloaking didnt exist and the phantom was built a bit tankier and had 3agi. That way being caught w/o cloak wouldnt autokill it.

Unfortunately right now thats the case. It NEEDS to fire first or arcdodge to survive. Despite being +1hp over an interceptor it dies much much easier when not cloaked.

Yeah. It was the first imperial ship I bought and I always try and make it work, but there never seems to be anything but VI, acd and fcs. Maybe for episode 9 the first order will have a cloak bomber

On the same note though ive had the uber cheap phantom generics do work.

Sigma pilot w/ FCS/Stygium is 29pts for a 4die attack. People ignore it, it hits like a truck. People go after it, i cloak and just hide. 29pts is slightly too expensive to take Sabaac's spot as the third ship among 2 powerhouses though, so i ran 2 of them and 1 powerhouse (quickdraw, vader, ryad, vessery, etc) lol.

“Shoddy enemy scopes” is taken.

I like it.

*braces for several attacks*

Debris gambit+EI vs Autothrusters/LWF+PTL on the Silencer or SF. Thoughts?

No guys, I've cracked the code: 2x a-wings with debris gambit w/ swarm leader corran double-tap! ;)

Debris Gambit + Experimental Interface + Jyn Erso is likely to equal multiple evade and focus tokens.

Am I doing it right?

Evade action followed by Debris Gambit. 3 Evade tokens and a Focus.

Ha awesome - that would have been godlike before the nerf to using multiple evade tokens in one attack :)

Black Squadron Pilot (14)
Juke (2)

Kylo Ren (TIE Silencer) (35)

A bad idea, maybe, but still seems fun!

Well, since the average PS nowadays in the meta is about 10.5... being at a 7 isn't any worse than being at a 9. That being said, regardless of her PS and EPT, Whisper doesn't like moving before and shooting after the opposing ships...

As much hate as it gained for youngster already i think a mini swarm + swarm leader might be a thing, especially for blackout

I guess it's a way to get a pseudo evade on your action bar if you're desperate and willing to sack an EPT slot. It's not Saturation Salvo or a droid that lets you shoot your own dudes, so it's at worst medicore.

This would be decent if you could spend more than one evade token per attack, but you can't so it isn't.

I disagree. Pilots that really spend much time taking evade tokens are Interceptor-class, PTL small bases with little hull. Often, especially with Autothrusters, all you need is one more Evade. This could give it to you for multiple shots, which would also prove helpful against TLT.

And if it wasn't so dependent on being near asteroids it might be okay, but this thing costs an action, an EPT, 2(!) points, is small ship only, requires a specific board position, and is limited to only two evade tokens. I don't see any use for this.

I tend to fly Quickdraw through the astroids often. Im thinking it would be a good addition to keeping his shields from being taken to quickly.

I think this card's jank level depends on asteroid placement, which has become more and more important in direct relation to newer waves and cards. I absolutely love the fact that I may be able to get evades on just about any ship, even if it is somewhat sub par.

Psh, putting more stock on my crap build with Seismic Torps and EM with this and Blackout. Now I can say I was preparing for the new meta instead of just making very poor listbuilding decisions.
