Curious as I never see this talked about. Do you play Star Wars music? Maybe just at the beginning to get people pumped and then turn it off or play contemporary music? Do you have a playlist for gaming? Do you prefer to game silently? I know a lot of people feel like listening to Star Wars music while playing a Star Wars game can be too much or feel campy, especially at a game store.

I'm going to be running a campaign in a couple of months with mostly new players both to the game and to myself, and I'm considering playing choice tracks during key moments in the game. Rescue of the Princess during the mission briefing and first round to get people pumped and in the SW mindset without being too over the top or distracting, then Battle of Heroes during the final round if there's a round limit. If the Rebels win the mission, The Parade (although on second thought, maybe save that for finale mission and use Parade of the Ewoks for regular missions), and if they lose, Anakin's Betrayal. Curious to hear other people's music choices for campaign, whether it be SW related or no.

We've tried playing different types of music, but my group always agrees that even though it seems like we'd be tired of it by now, you can't beat Star Wars music with IA. We have a playlist that samples heavily from the OT and current canon films, a little from the prequels, and might have a couple Legends songs.

I'm a big fan of the scores from the original Star Wars trilogy, but also like to throw in other dramatic film score pieces as well (Hans Zimmer's scores from The Dark Knight, Gladiator, the Rock and The Davinci Code are particularly epic!)
