Now that's out the way I need help with a Rebel List. I want to Fly a list with a Pelta and Hammerheads as i never build lists with them. I have 2 of all Expansions except for the MC80, I only have 1 of each and I have 2 of all the squadron packs. the list I like the most i will fly on stream. Sounds like you should use Gink's list, swap for IF!. Idk what he expects to do with his squadrons. Maybe command them via Leia for one turn, and then kinda let them scrum up by themselves. Its pretty versatile. Though, you don't have any Relay or activation range leverage.

It should melt squadrons really rapidly.

How about this-

Pelta does double duty keeping the Hammerheads shielded via Garm and Ahsoka fueled Shields To Max and Projection Experts, while loaded up with Keyan, Ten, and Dutch so it can drop a nasty bomber suprise as a finisher with Flight Commander after moving into range.

Garm can give the Hammerheads a CF token to hopefully counteract the lack of rerolls.

Definitely a showboat fleet rather than something "tuned for high performance", but in the end its all about the fun right? Fun will be had!

Why would you take Garm with only one ship not command 1? Just bank a token turn 1 like everyone else. Take Leia for command 1 ships.
