Trip generic silencers honestly seems legit. I'm not a big fan of trip x7s because their bonuses are defensive, so usually only one gets to use it each turn. Getting all those FCSs into play means that they'll pretty frequently use the extra action. I like killing things better than not dying, as well.
You have 4 points to customize with EPT and tech between the 3 ships. What do you take? 3 Primed Thrusters and Adaptability? 3x Crack Shot?

Does not need to avoid the arc of your target, but can be used to slip away from other targets as well. One guy activates and your roll away out of range from a second ship. Full Game knowledge and all, even with PS1.

Feels like if trip generic Silencers were going to work, trip generic SFs would, and they don't.

Probably Triple Cracks, but if Stress becomes the way to combat the upcoming meta. Triple Primed Thrusters with Trick Shot on each. I don’t see Dash being a thing with kylo being released so 7 ain’t necessary.

Eh well built x7s have both offensive and defensive benefit
Crackshots are offense, enabling vess is offense, ptl ryad for full mods is offense.
Fcs are amazing, don't get me wrong, but they're not really elevating the silencer that much (nor are they even immidiately effective)
I'd sooner take rhos

Not as much as you'd hope for that price
Thrusters are great,but green dice are still green dice. Against a single shot, the x7 is far and away better than thrusters

Silencers have better dial, Autothrusters, and native AGI 3. Seems different enough to at least be worth exploring.

I’d rather have Autothrusters activated than 1 Evade token. Auto’s mean as long as your dice matter and you have a Focus you are guaranteed one Evade and if you have multiple shots coming in the value of autothrusters increases.

1 evade is guaranteed 1 evade atop of anything you roll, allowing you to survive four hit dash potentially unscathed
You NEED more than one thruster trigger to emulate that value
Having played thrusters on many ships, some of which could ALSO evade, I know they aren't always enough. The t70, which can't evade, almost always stacks up poorly with thrusters because it does too little for its cost
The one exception? Regen Poe , because he regens
Edit: viper too, but that's because fcs thrusters thweek is cheaper than no upgrades blackout

I rarely use buttguns or double shots (except from Quickdraw). Maybe others do. Are there really points for missiles in a trip SF squad? Silencers also have boost.
