Couple of Questions

By xloserfishx, in Battlestar Galactica

I just had a couple of questions:

The first question relates to Lee Adama's skill cards. When is says you can draw 2 Leadership/Politics cards, does it mean you can draw one of each or do you have to do two of one colour?

My other question is in regard to the 'Executive Order' skill card. If it is played on someone who is in the Brig, are they still allowed to move their character? Or do they have to just take the two actions?

Any help on this is much appreciated - I love the game and can't get enough of it. Only problem is convincing my friends to play it heaps!

EDIT - Just found the answer to my second question in the forum, so I just need the first one answered now.

Lee can draw two policitc or two leadership or one of each. The same priciple apply to all characters with "multiskills", they can draw any combination of the listed skills to a total of the number listed.

And just for the record, I'll answere your second qestion any way :) No, in the brig you can never move (except to resurection ship by revealing your self as a cylon), regardles of excecutive orders or any other means that would normaly allowe movent.

I have the same problems with getting people to play with. But I have my first two games shcedueld for next week. Hopfully I'll do a good jobb of introducing the game and they will want to play again :)

Thanks for the help. Good luck with your sessions next week!

I have heard somewhere that if some card - such as Crises Card - makes you move to Sickbay, you go there even if you are in brig. Is that correct?

it is correct (according to FAQ).

Ah, I missed that part of beeing sent to sickbay. I guess my answere is a bit to strict then happy.gif

I did notice that you can give an EO to a player in the brig to have them take the action to try and get out. This action says to 'pass the skill check to move to any other location' or something similar. They then have a second action to use for whatever they want (assuming they get out). The trick is that they have to choose 2 actions.

No real trick there - since you can't move in the brig, they really can't choose the "move and take one action" option on the EO
