Alright, so I'm getting ready for the Fresno regional in a week, and I have a list featuring Palpmobile, Quickdraw, and Maarek Stele. (TIE Defender Edition)

The problem is, I don't really have Palp.

I've asked to borrow him for the tourney via Facebook, and nobody has responded (yet). So here's the backup list.

Makes the Lambda a funny hunter tank-esque ship, as well as a bit more maneuverable.

Is there any better 30 pt. investment?

(note, I don't have another copy of LWF, and I don't have OL. Or another defender.)

A Cruise Missile/EM/Crack Shot Tomax with either GC or LRS isn't bad for 30 points. Takes some heat off your other ships too, as he's a boi that nobody wants to leave around.

AT/title/2pt EPT Inqy is good as well. Not stellar, but good.

You could fit Wampa and Dark Curse in there.

Not sure really what your plan is, could advise better with that info.

If the Lambda doesn't have Palp on board then I'm not sure if you are getting much benefit by including it. I would go for a third ace in that instance (The Inquisitor with PTL, title and twin ION rather than Autothrusters is 30 points) , or a PS1 Defender with Twin ION as a blocker.

TBH, I don't think you need Palp with the ships you have paired.

QD is lovely, though I have a preference for Expertise/Pattern Analyzer on her.

For the X7, why not Ryad, maybe with PTL or Juke? I feel like she's a stronger pilot that Maarek.

That leaves you room for VI/Title Duchess, or a Pure Sabacc, or you could drop from QD's Expertise to VI to fit Tomax w/ Crack, Unguided, or Kestal w/ Deadeye, Synced, Unguided

I thought about Dark Curse + 1 other, but I'm uneasy about that. I have Tomax... but not Cruise missiles... or EM... Ugh, that's something I need too. And Inqy.

I was thinking Turr Phennir, with VI, Title, Thrusters and Stealth?
