Whoa whoa whoa. The problem with most of us physics profs is that we want to give tests that teach as well as evaluate. I continue to resist that urge, but as I get further into my career it gets more difficult. "Hmm. I always thought that was a neat little result, that derivation of yhe Clebsch-Gordan coefficients for the Zeeman Effect in hydrogen. I'll bet students would get a real charge out of deriving it on an exam." Then I try to remember how long it took me to do it the first time I saw it and promptly discard it for a more reasonable problem.
