Can I do any attack with order hit or is it just a normal attack ?

I'm pretty sure the answer you're looking for is that it's a normal attack, but just to be sure what do you mean by "any attack?" Do you mean a special action that involves an attack?

"Perform an attack" means just that and nothing more unless otherwise instructed (for example, Order Hit allows the figure to move two spaces after attacking.

Say vinny is the person I'm doing the hit with can I order a hit then rapid fire then move my two spaces?

I'm not sure what you are talking about. In any case, "Rapid Fire" says "During [Vinto's] activation...", so the answer is probably no.

No, Rapid Fire is a special action. Order Hit lets the figure "perform an attack." It does not allow them to do special actions.

When a figure gets to "perform an attack", it is only performing an attack. It isn't an Attack action, and it is not a generic action.

When a figure performs an attack, it resolves the following steps:

When a non-hero performs an attack, it is done with the figure's attack type and attack pool. A hero chooses one weapon to use for the attack.
